About Our Family
Hello! We're Joe and Bri Fraze, a husband and wife remodeling team. Joe is the main General Contractor and Project Manager and Bri is the Designer and Office Manager. When we're not helping with your projects, we spend our time with our son James. Sometimes, he may stop in and inspect a job site with mom or dad. He loves to help out when he can!
Our Process
The first step in our process is setting up a time for an initial walk-through with Bri and Joe. Sometimes, we will set up additional meetings with other trades, such as engineers, plumbers, or electricians for specialized projects. We typically create a general quote from the first meeting. If you wish to proceed, we can then assist you with making material selections based on your own design style. We then send a final estimate and contract that includes a payment schedule and project schedule.
Preconstruction Design
Any time we're changing a layout, we will always give you a new room plan, and any accompanying renderings.
Design & Construction Estimate
Our estimates are completely customizable. We like to keep our pricing transparent to stay with in your budget.
On-Site Consultations
Our on-site consultations are always free. This includes the initial meeting, design meetings, and any additional meetings during the project.

We work with several local supply companies to provide the best finishes to complement your style.
